guided TRE heart modification + meditation
In this TRE practice we bring our intention of the tremors into opening the heart
Throughout our life as we experience pain, heartache and grief our shoulders begin to hover protecting our heart. To have our chest and heart out open can feel very vulnerable and at times scary. In this TRE practice we use a block or blanket to lift the heart up to adjust our tremors through our chest, releasing grief and pain but also remembering and feeling the love within.
By practicing this heart opener with TRE we can experience that it is ok and safe to be vulnerable and have our heart open. You may feel a nervousness at first as the heart is exposed but it is through the TRE we can practice and lean into feeling scared but knowing we are safe. It is here where we meet that edge and can soften into our own hearts openness and vulnerability.
We are creating more spaciousness in the heart, remembering the sacredness of our vulnerability and the limitless love we carry despite the pain and grief we have endured.
For this 10 minute TRE practice, if you are doing it alone, it is highly suggested to feel comfortable moving through TRE on your own and having done this with a practitioner at least once before, as well as knowing how to stop or pause when you need to.
Notice the shifts from engaging with TRE in your heart, writing down what you noticed going into the practice and how you felt afterwards.
Sending lots of love on this Venus day <3
