soft approaches to anger
In this video we discuss meeting anger with gentleness through slow practices.
Creating this video and sharing practices was inspired by Thicht Nhat Hanh and his book Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames.
In this video we go into bringing a softer approach to anger. Through slowing down and gentle, mindful practices we can embrace our anger with compassion and openness without bypassing. In turn, this helps us to understand our anger and take care of it as we would a child.

Throughout this video we go over a few gentle approaches to anger:
-Thought Field Therapy Tapping
-Mindful breathing + communicating
-Ear stimulation for the kidney(fear) + liver(anger)
