Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Tapping is a great tool to regulate the charge of specific emotions. Tapping on the acupoints of the basic TFT sequence (eyebrow, under the eye, under the arm and under the collarbone) also helps relieve stress and promotes relaxation. It is a great tool to use before sleep to help clear the mind and move into deep rest.
In this 10 minute video I am also playing Bilateral sounds, a type of music therapy played through headphones that alternates stimulation of each side of the brain which can be helpful in reducing stress and anxiety.
The blend of alternate stimulation through tapping and sounds can create a deep sense of peace and relaxation throughout your day and before sleep.
